Before you call
It helps to have these ready, though none of them are required:
- Your street address, so we can check you're in our area
- What you have: a wood fireplace, gas fireplace, insert or stove
- What you've noticed and roughly when it started
For repair questions, a photo of the chimney taken from the yard or across the street is a big help. Attach it to the request form or email it with your phone number.
Tell us about your chimney
Fill in the form and add a few photos if you can. A shot of the chimney from the yard and one of the fireplace go a long way. We'll get back to you with next steps and a time to come out.
